As a valuable addition to any regenerative garden, its deep taproots mine nutrients from the soil, providing an essential resource for composting and mulching systems.  Leaves can be harvested multiple times over the growing season for use as a nutrient-rich green mulch.

Our comfrey patch does not produce viable seeds, so spread is limited to the place where you plant them.
